Sally Browne
Sally BrowneDirector
Sally Browne has over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, serving in both marketing and commercial roles across a diverse portfolio of asset acquisitions, commercial aircraft sales and leasing placements as well as the management of redelivery projects.

Sally began her aviation career in the early 1990s with International Aircraft Services, followed by roles at Aergo Capital and Santos Dumont. She has been responsible for the marketing and placement of a wide range of aircraft assets and has been directly involved in the origination of over $1 billion (USD) of commercial aircraft transactions. Outside of aviation, Sally held a number of commercial positions including Head of Operations for UNICEF in Zambia for five years and has several years of experience in market research and consultancy roles.

She joined AerSale® as Vice President – Aircraft Leasing & Trading in 2016 and is located in the AerSale Dublin, Ireland office.
Sally holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a post graduate diploma in Export Marketing from the Katholeik Universitet of Leuven, Belgium. She is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MII) and the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT).

Pat Bergin is a retired executive from GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), a world leading aircraft lessor. He has over 34 years’ experience in the world of commercial aircraft leasing, financing, purchasing, sales, and marketing.
He held a business leadership role as Managing Director of SES (an aircraft engine leasing company), plus senior global sales and marketing positions throughout his career.
He currently serves as a non-executive director on 3 aviation related investment companies registered in Ireland.
Pat is the founder and chairperson of Propel Education, a charity that invests in the development of new platforms to deliver sustainable, economic, and technologically advanced education programmes for schools in the developing world. With 18 years of direct involvement in the development of Linda Community School in Zambia, he believes these programmes will accelerate learning and a way out of poverty.
Pat is a graduate of the Irish Institute of Directors (IOD) directorship programme.
Douglas Brennan

Douglas Brennan is the Chief Executive Officer of the Stellwagen Group. In 2012, he founded and ran the first Stellwagen Group business, Aviation Finance Company Limited (now Stellwagen Finance). He expanded the operating and financial capability of the Group through the acquisition of Seraph and the founding of Stellwagen Capital, and Stellwagen Technology. Prior to founding the Stellwagen Group, Doug served as Chief Investment Officer of Ledyard Capital Management, a shipping investment firm. From 2003 until 2008, he founded and served as CEO and then Chairman of Illington Fund Management until the business was sold. He held other operating and investment management positions throughout his career. Doug is a Board Member of Westchester Medical Center Foundation. Doug received two Master’s degrees from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College.
Chris Bergin

Chris is an Associate in the Asset Management and Investment Funds Unit of A&L Goodbody, a leading Irish law firm. He specialises in advising Irish investment funds. Prior to qualifying, Chris trained with A&L Goodbody after joining in 2012 and worked with their Asset Management & Investment Funds, Capital Markets, and Restructuring and Insolvency Units. Chris was previously on secondment to Deutsche Bank’s legal team in London supporting their products domiciled in both Luxembourg and Ireland.
Chris has experience in advising Irish companies on their legal and regulatory compliance requirements and his pro bono experience includes the incorporation and establishment of Propel Education.
Qualifications: Solicitor, Ireland, 2015; Bachelor of Corporate Law, National University of Ireland, Galway, 2010; Diploma in Investments and Capital Markets, DBS, 2015.

Propel Education has engaged Camara to provide and maintain 35 used desktops in a modern computer lab at Linda Community School.

VisionZambia works with the Linda community in Zambia to advance educational opportunities, relieve poverty through income-generating activities and promote health.

VisionZambia are Friends Helping Friends. The Vision Works for Life global community supports friends in Linda in partnership, so that both groups can develop and learn from the relationship

The 20,000 plus people who live in Linda are challenged by a lack of basic services, poverty and pervasive HIV. Many children are orphaned at a young age or cared for by their elderly grandparents. VisionZambia works in partnership with the Linda community, so that both groups can develop and learn from the relationship.

Propel Education and Vision Zambia take a joint approach to the development of the school in Zambia, while managing our programmes and indicatives separately, we  co-ordinate and work towards a shared vision.
